YOUR SECURE SUBMISSION PROCESS

As a first step, you only register your email adress through our website.

2.

After email registration, you will receive an automated email with your digital patient consent form and your patient questionnaire. Please fill out and sign these documents.

3.

You will receive an invitation email with a link to your personal space on our UAE server within the next 24 hours. For added security, please note that you will need to confirm your email address in this process.
You upload your patient consent form and patient questionnaire together with your medical information to your personal space.
For data security, do not send any documents containing your personal data or medical information via email.

Upon receipt of your documents, our medical team reviews whether all important information is provided or if additional documents such as a medication list, image scans, pathology or lab test results are missng.

5.

After all relevant medical data is provided, we will approve your Second Opinion Request and send you a bill. After payment, your request will be assigned to the most suitable expert.
Up to this step you may decide to cancel the request.

6.

After our expert completes their assessment, you will promptly receive a copy of the final report through your personal space.
